The 4th installment in our continuing series on walking and the 2nd month working with balance.
Classes will focus on balance with specific applications to walking.
We all have to balance on one leg when we walk...and we need to do this over and over again. The degree to which we balance well, on each leg as we walk has far-reaching ramifications. Less than optimal balance and stability on one leg may, over time cause aches and pains and wear and tear on various parts of your body.
Discover ways to improve your balance and put more spring in your step in this month's class series.
