Classes will feature movement patterns to improve balance in the month of OCTOBER.
Being a human involves quite an impressive balancing act!
Not only do we have a relatively small base of support, i.e. just 2 footprints on the ground, but as we walk and run we have to negotiate organizing the weight of our body over one foot at a time. Walking and running involve another kind of balance, a balance between stability and instability.
We will explore various elements of balance in October classes. As you participate in class this month expect to feel some improvements/refinements to your balance, your gait and more!
