Classes will continue to feature movement patterns to improve balance in the month of NOVEMBER.
"Balance" is one way of framing the classes. Viewed through another lens you would see that classes can benefit various "parts" of your body including hips, shoulders, head, neck, spine, etc. Viewed through yet another lens you would see that these classes bring improvements to walking, running, swimming, biking.
People often begin Feldenkrais classes resonating with a particular theme, but longer term students come to realize that each Feldenkrais class "meets you where you are." In other words, you will find benefit for your particular challenge(s) no matter the theme.
We will explore various areas of your body that contribute to balance:
