Classes will feature movement patterns that directly explore how one breathes as well as movement patterns that use the breath as a vehicle for exploring inner space, expanding movement options, and improving balance.

Join us by buying a class package. Upon purchasing a class package you will receive a Zoom link and other instructions for joining any weekly class. You are not limited to a particular class each week...attend ANY class as you like.
