Relax Your Jaw - Part 1

Learn to relax your jaw as well as other parts of your body that are often associated with jaw tension (neck, shoulders, etc). Gentle movement patterns will bring about relaxation without force or stretching. In addition to reducing tension, the movement patterns will help improve the overall function of your jaw and reduce headache and other associated symptoms. If you suffer from day grinding or night grinding (bruxism) or TMJ syndrome, this workshop is for you!
Relax Your Jaw - Part 2

More help for your jaw! Sometimes a direct approach is helpful. Sometimes a more indirect approach is more effective. To that end we will work on refining movements specific to the jaw AND whole body patterns in which jaw tension is a player. We will primarily be working with the connection between the jaw and the hips / pelvis. Leave with a free jaw and free hips! You do not need to attend Part 1 to benefit, however it is encouraged! If you cannot attend Part 1 you can still receive the audio recordings.
